What makes Cash Flow Deals different from a cash investor in Florida

When a cash investor calls about your home, their offer is built on a formula: roughly 70 percent of after-repair value minus repairs. On a $350,000 home, that is a $195,000 to $210,000 offer. The investor needs that margin to renovate and resell at a profit. The gap between what they offer and what your home is worth is their revenue. It comes directly out of your equity.
