We use a CAPTCHA to block bots, which may briefly record your IP address and basic browser information.
What we do with it.
We use your submission to contact you about selling your home through our process. A person on our team reviews each submission and replies by text or email. If your home fits, we connect you with our title partner, Title Guaranty of South Florida, and at the contract stage, with a pre-approved homebuyer.
Who we share it with.
Only the people directly involved in closing your home. That is our team, our title partner, and the homebuyer who signs the contract. We do not sell your data to advertisers, lead aggregators, or third-party marketing companies.
Follow-up SMS and email (TCPA notice).
When you submit the form, you agree to receive text messages and emails from Cash Flow Deals at the phone number and email you provided, related to your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Reply HELP for support. We honor opt-out requests immediately.
Cookies and analytics.
We use only essential cookies needed for the site to function and the form to submit. We do not run advertising or retargeting trackers.
Your rights.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the right to request deletion of that information, and the right to opt out of any sale of your information.
