Cash Flow Deals is not a licensed real estate brokerage. Our team members are not acting as licensed real estate agents in this process. We do not list properties on the MLS. We do not charge listing commissions. We act as an intermediary between Florida homeowners and pre-approved homebuyers. Closings are handled by Title Guaranty of South Florida.
No offer until a written contract is signed.
Submitting a form on this site does not create a contract. Talking with a member of our team does not create a contract. An offer exists only when a written purchase contract is executed by both you and the homebuyer. Until that point, either side can walk away with no obligation.
