This site is informational. It describes how Cash Flow Deals works with Florida homeowners and pre-approved homebuyers. Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell real property.
Cash Flow Deals is an investor, partnered with a licensed brokerage.
Cash Flow Deals, LLC is a real estate investor, not a brokerage. We work in partnership with Silver Door Realty, a licensed Florida real estate brokerage and member of the National Association of Realtors. Through that partnership, your property may be listed during the inspection period to confirm our offer against current market conditions. That is an added layer of confidence, for you and for us, that the number holds and the sale closes at the higher figure we offered. You do not pay a listing commission to Cash Flow Deals; our compensation appears as a separate line on the closing statement. Closings are handled by Title Guaranty of South Florida.
No offer until a written contract is signed.
Submitting a form on this site does not create a contract. Talking with a member of our team does not create a contract. An offer exists only when a written purchase contract is executed by both you and the homebuyer. Until that point, either side can walk away with no obligation.
Accuracy of information you provide.
